Princessa Hotel can cater to any size of family or group as our room categories are of the largest size of any hotel in Lebanon.

nice place , good location mid way between Beirut and Batroun . 20 min from mountains by car , 2 mins walking to sea . staff are amazing , and excellent service . receptionist Rita an amazing girl was very helpful and welcoming . room service are really fast .

What was the highlight of Princessa Hotel

10 out of 10; this is a fabulous hotel

I stayed 5 days and thoroughly recommend this hotel: My room was quite large, very comfortable and immaculate. I'm very particular about this last point and found everything spotless and impeccable. I had a sea view which I recommend particularly because there's a paragliding landing pad opposite and it's both beautiful and relaxing to watch them circle past against the blue sky. It's also lovely to hear the sea at night. The staff are brilliant and go out of their way to help and most speak several languages. The breakfast included is for kings: eggs, fresh salads, local cheeses, hummus, fresh juices etc... healthy and enough to keep you going until the evening. I travelled alone and felt perfectly safe at all times; it's a straightforward ride from the airport and a great location to access different parts of Lebanon. I liked not being in Beirut itself as it can be a bit intense but Princessa is close enough to go in whenever. Wifi was great and consistent during my stay.

I don;t have anything for this section - I had a great experience.

I liked the pool on the rooftop. The room was lovely with a good view on jounieh. The price is good taking in consideration all the services. The staffs were nice and friendly as always

There was some dust on the floor in the room. The TV satellite is the worse I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was better last year :(

Our room conditioner was leaking water so we changed our room at 3 am.. But the staff were friendly The view and the rooms are good The breakfast didnt have much choices for a 4 star hotel but it is delicious.

Big rooms, helpful staff specially Jad in the reception, location is good, 10 minutes walking from Telefrique, paragliding and many good restaurants. The roof pool is small but has very nice view

The cooking smell during breakfast is very bad and sticks to your cloth as there is no ventilation. Rooms and towels are old. Slow internet

Dear Princessa Hotel, To whom it may concern, i would love to share with you my review and comments for my stay at you hotel! It is literally one of the best hotels found in Lebanon, with the greatest hospitality standards and amazing professional staff services, check in process was very smooth and professional with the lovely lady Rita, she explained everything very carefully and in a professional way! Thanks Rita Moving forward to the room and amazing view, bed is so comfy room atmosphere and amenities are more than satisfying, and the best thing found in this hotel is the Le View Pool, it is just amazing! One comment is that rooms have no bell! Thank you Princessa Hotel for your great hospitality, this place is highly recommended!
